I am welcoming today a special series about Berlin, all in B&W. I don’t know why, but this city inspired me to photograph this way, even though its energy was so full of color and life.
So here it goes, gallery 1 out of 4, with shots taken during a walking tour along the wall and its fascinating history.
(December, 2014)
A perfect sight of a wonderful city. Can’t wait to see the other 3 parts.
I guess you’re going to see it before everyone 😉
Love these shots, especially the way you show the wall through different subjects. By not showing the wall itself, but rather from a variety of angles, you get another perspective, or have even invoked a certain feeling contrary to what one perceives when hearing the words “Berlin Wall.” These are definitely some great photographs; can’t wait to see the rest of them 🙂
Thank you Jean! Your comment made my day 🙂
Very powerful images, even so many years after the fact!
Thank you Emilio!
