The old and the new: The contrast between Qibao ancient and watertown and Shanghai’s downtown (or simply The Bund).
Exactly one year ago I got my first film camera, an almost-brand-new, almost-never-used Canon Canonet QL19. Then I took her right away to an adventure with me, without even knowing if it was working 100% yet. And right now, exactly one year after, I am posting the first part of the results.

I love the old-school colours of this film. Just curious how you digitized them to post on the blog.
A shop digitized it for me and I just bought the CD. Still hadn’t had the chance to print it out though. I am glad you like it 🙂 There’s no post production here at all – this is the original digital version, straight from CD to WordPress.
Thanks for your explanation. I always wonder whether people print out first and then scan it, haha. Your untouched version is good enough ;p
Thank you Jeremy!
